Privacy notice

This notice explains what Portiva does with the details you send through its forms, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: name, company, email, phone, and the details of your request or listing. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why and with whom we share it

Quote requests: your request and contact details are passed to the companies in the port you chose (at most five, or the company you named), so they can quote you. Listing requests: company details you send are published on Portiva after we check them; your personal contact details are not published unless you ask.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to two years to follow up and to handle disputes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@portivaport.com.

Services we use

Forms are delivered by email through Web3Forms; the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both may process data outside Türkiye.
